Shipping policy
- Orders ship within 3 business days or less.
- Orders placed Friday (after 3pm) through Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
- If your item is out of stock or backordered you will be notified within 48 hours of placing the order.
- International Shipping: Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, or any other customs related charges. Please factor this into your purchase. Five Stride will not be responsible for any returned shipping fees or customs charges. Items will be abandoned with customs and the customer will be out any money paid.
- If you choose in store pick up, please wait for an email confirming your order is ready to pick up before coming to the shop. Please be prepared to have an ID matching the name for pick up.
- If you order the incorrect size/item, you are responsible for return shipping to return or exchange. If an error was made on our part, return shipping will be covered by Five Stride.
