Hold & Deposit Policies

Hold Policy

In store, we offer a 24hr hold for unpaid items. After one day, unpaid items will be returned to stock.

To hold items for longer than 24hrs, a refundable 50% deposit is required.

In-Store Deposit Policy

• Any stock held item will be returned to stock to be sold after one month. 
• Any non-stock held item will be returned to the manufacturer after one month. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to the customer.
• Any unapplied deposits will be forfeit after 90 days. 
• Any custom boots will be resold after 90 days.
