With COVID-19 still posing a significant threat to public health, we’re asking customers to utilize our curbside pickup service wherever possible. As a reminder, we offer Virtual Fitting services, as well as email or phone consultations.
Skate stock is unfortunately becoming extremely limited by the day. Demand exceeds supply and we don't have good estimates when we will be restocked on most brands/models
In Portland, we are open for fittings and service by appointment with limited indoor capacity. For pads accessories, we can shop for you from the doorway. You can also order online for curbside pick up. Please contact the shop to schedule an appointment. Our Portland shop is extremely small and we do not have more space to accommodate more people indoors (but good news, we will be moving to a bigger space this summer).
In Brooklyn, we are open for fittings and service by appointment with limited indoor capacity. We can shop for you from our in-store waiting area or you can order online for curbside pick up. Please contact the shop to schedule a fitting appointment. We recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee your time slot.
Pre-orders for Moxi Lolly and Jack roller skates are currently on hold. We do have some unclaimed Moxi Lolly skates that are already on back order and can be claimed by customers. The manufacturers have suspended preordering until all current orders have been fulfilled. We will post updates here and on our social media platforms as soon as Riedell begins accepting new orders. Additionally, we are unable to take preorders for all overseas made skates (all Impalas, Sure Grip, and Moxi Beach Bunny) as the ETAs are unknown at this time. Custom Riedell orders are experiencing their standard 6-12 week wait.
Our website lists all stock by store. Available products are also posted to our instagram (@fivestride) as we receive restock shipments. There is a highlighted story called "available" where all this information is saved. The products listed as available on Instagram can be purchased online unless otherwise noted.
We are offering services and mounting at both shops. At this time, we can't offer same day service and are requiring that advance arrangements be made for all services and mounting. You can call the shop or email us to schedule services & mounting.
Please be advised that putting an item in your cart does not hold that item. Stock is secured when checkout and payment is completed.
