Shop Updates

Our Portland shop will be closed from Thursday September 16th through Friday October 1st as we finish build out and move to our new location! During that time we won't be shipping orders from Portland and curbside pick ups will not be available. We will try to answer emails as best as we can. We can't wait to open up our new space for you on Saturday October 2nd!

Masks are still required at both Five Stride locations. To keep staff and customers safe please wear a mask while shopping and picking up at Five Stride.

There is still a world wide roller skate shortage. We are consistently receiving skate shipments but we always don't have good estimates when certain brands/models will be restocked. You can now sign up for restock alerts on product pages!

In Portland, we are open for fittings, shopping, and service with limited indoor capacity. Masks are required. You can also order online for curbside pick up. Please be aware, our Portland shop is extremely small and we do not have space to accommodate many people indoors (but good news, we will be moving to a bigger space at the end of September).  We also have a carport outside of our store where we are offering overflow fittings.

In Brooklyn, we are open for fittings, shopping, and service with limited indoor capacity. Masks are required. Please note there is often a line on weekends and we cannot start fittings within 30 minutes of shop close so arrive early. You can also order online for curbside pick up.



We are offering services and mounting at both shops. We are able to offer same day mounting when advanced arrangements are made. We can install small parts on the fly as time allows when you visit or your skates can be left for installation and picked up another day. You can call the shop or email us to schedule services & mounting.

Please be advised that putting an item in your cart does not hold that item. Stock is secured when checkout and payment is completed.

Please do not show up to pick-up orders until you receive confirmation from us via email or phone.
